Meet Uma Alexandra Beepat
For over 16 years, Uma Alexandra Beepat has guided thousands of women out of overwhelment and into clarity, confidence, and deep spiritual alignment. As the founder of The Lotus and The Light Metaphysical Center, she blends intuition, energy healing, and grounded wisdom to create genuine transformation.
Her journey began with her own healing. Through intensive self-work and decades of metaphysical training, Uma rebuilt her life from within — and now empowers others to do the same.
With over 40 certifications in spiritual and energy healing, plus a Master’s degree in Health Care Management, a Bachelor's degree in nurtitional sciences and a minor business management, Uma brings a rare combination of mastery, compassion, and practical insight.
