You will be able to take your blessed candle home. \nMystical Talk on the Goddess Demeter \nWe’ll explore Demeter’s mythology\, symbolism\, archetype\, and spiritual lessons while bringing her ancient wisdom into our modern lives. \nRather than simply learning about Demeter\, we’ll ask: \nWhat can her story teach us about our own lives? \nGuided Goddess Meditation \nJourney inward through a guided meditation inspired by Demeter and the changing seasons. \nGoddess Journaling \nThrough guided reflection and journaling prompts\, you’ll explore what you’re harvesting from the season behind you\, what you’re ready to release\, what needs rest\, and what you’re ready to begin nurturing for the season ahead. \nGoddess Message Circle \nWe’ll gather for an intimate Goddess Message Circle devoted to spiritual and intuitive guidance. This is an opportunity to slow down\, listen\, receive\, and allow whatever messages are meant to come forward during our time together. \nGoddess Healing Circle \nOur Goddess Healing Circle creates space to move from understanding into healing. Together we’ll enter a deeper energetic experience focused on release\, restoration\, receiving\, and reconnecting with ourselves. \nGoddess Sound Bath \nAfter our healing work\, you’ll be invited to lie back\, get comfortable\, and receive a transformative Sound Bath. \nAllow sound and vibration to support relaxation\, energetic integration\, and stillness after the deeper work of the retreat. \nWhat to Bring: \n\nOne flower to place on the Demeter altar as your offering.\nOne small candle to light on the altar.
