Cancellation Policy
We love to provide our healing services but sometimes things come up that cannot be avoided. We understand that and appreciate a cancellation notice as soon as possible. If you cancel or miss your appointment within 24 hours of its booking, you will be charged a $25 penalty fee. You must pay the fee if you wish to have future services with Uma.

If you buy a package to receive a discount, you are required to use that package within the timeframe. If you do not use it within the time frame, the discount is denied and you must pay the full price of each service booked.
